Observations from the Secondary Research:-

The different Critical Success Factors for ERP Implementation in SMEs are :-

1) Reduction in Operating Costs

2) Reduction in Administrative Costs

3) Inventory Reductions

4) On-Time Delivery of Products and Services

5) Improvement in the Overall Work Efficiency of the SME

6) Better Customer Relationship Management

Observations from the data:-

The final analysis of the data would be done as soon as the data from atleast 50 SMEs (Sample Size) is collected and the further research on the characteristics of sample on the basis of Linear Discriminant Analysis would be carried forward in the next semester.
