 In Linear Discriminant Analysis we have a Dependent Variable which is Categorical in nature and      we have two or more independent variables which are Metric in nature.

DEPENDENT VARIABLE:-

Category 1:- ERP Implemented by the SMEs

Category 2:- ERP Not Implemented by the SMEs

INDEPENDENT VARIABLES:-

(Each measured on a Scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being lowest and 5 being the highest)

·         Operational Costs

·         Administrative Costs

·         Inventory Holdings

·         On-Time Delivery of products

·         Work Efficiency

·         Customer Base

·         Customer Relationship 

The final analysis of the data would be done as soon as the data from atleast 50 SMEs (Sample Size) is collected and the further research on the characteristics of sample on the basis of Linear Discriminant Analysis would be carried forward in the next semester.
